To raise money for the local food bank, artists from across the county are donating a selection of artwork, paintings, and sculptures to be auctioned for charity. This will be a great event and will give local people a chance to purchase some brilliant one-of-a-kind artwork whilst supporting a good cause. In addition to the auction, Hog Roast Luton will be serving a classic hog roast menu for guests to enjoy. Great food is perfect for boosting attendance, especially when it is so delicious!
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Luton team is planning on arriving at the venue in the afternoon, giving us plenty of time to prepare all of our dishes on-site for the 7:00pm serving time. The star of our menu will be the slow-roasted hog, which will be expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Alternatively, the guests can enjoy marinated chicken kebabs and BBQ-pulled jackfruit. The main dishes will be accompanied by homemade chips, seasonal vegetables, and gourmet coleslaw, which will ensure the guests can enjoy a delicious and nutritious evening meal.
