Chose the Southern Slow Roast Menu which was absolutely brilliant. Food was awesome and well set out. This is the second time we have used Spitting Pig. We wanted a relaxed garden party at home but didn’t want the work involved of catering the event. The Spitting Pig was exceptional from beginning to end and gave us exactly what we wanted. Out event hosts were Chris and Kayleigh, Kayleigh was our initial contact and dealt with the ordering and menu choices in the 1st instance. She was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We had a dairy allergy (My Mom), 2 Celiac and some vegetarians and she put me at ease straight away and assured me this would be no problems and even offered to make a diary free Mac and Cheese. (My Mom loved this and even asked to take the leftovers home) Chris was present on the day; he was brilliant too. He arrived in good time, and we even felt comfortable enough to leave him at our home to set up as we left to get married and when we come back, everything was ready and sorted for us. The food was superb; everyone commented on how good the meat was and how lovely the whole set up was. After they had finished serving, they cleared away even took the rubbish away with them, you would never have known they had been. This company are so professional in what they do, nothing is to much trouble. From booking the event, everything went smoothly. Has for the food, it was great with lots of flavour. Also plenty of it. Most of my guest took food home with them. Something simple like a sausage had great flavour. The presentation of the food was first class. I also noticed all the catering trays where sprayed & wiped before being used. That say a lot. This company is truly recommend. You won’t regret using them for your event. I’ve already booked again for my wife birthday in August.
