Aside from being a hog roast caterer, Hog Roast Turville also possess our own gourmet barbecue range. Admittedly, we get far less orders for our barbecue when it is not the summer, but it’s always a delight to be able to swap out the attachments on our roast machines and get to grilling with our own gourmet style burgers, sausages, ribs, skewers, and kebabs. The size of our mobile roasting machines turned state-of-the-art barbecue allows us to cook plenty of foods all at once, meaning your filled rolls and wraps can just keep coming and coming. Due to the mobility and versatility of these machines, too, we are able to cook indoor or out at a whim. This is how corporate clients such as our one from this past week are able to get the order that they want. Indoor or out, we’ll still cook the same great foods and serve up however you like.
With our car showroom client, we were able to set our barbecue in their backlot under our marquee tent. This protected us from the elements and also meant the client’s employees only had a short step out into the back to claim their roll(s) and head back into the office to enjoy it in the warmth. All the sizzle and brilliance of the barbecue, only enjoyed in the winter instead of the summer. Anything is possible with Hog Roast Turville’s expert catering!
