Our dedicated catering manager, Adrian, took the reins, eager to craft a menu that would exceed Deirdre’s expectations and delight Gerry and the guests. After gaining insight into the client’s vision for the celebration, Adrian recommended our Hog Roast Dining Menu – a crowd-pleaser renowned for its variety, inclusivity, and mouth-watering flavours.
On the day of the birthday party, Hog Roast Hambleden arrived early at the function hall, ready to work their culinary magic. Utilising our state-of-the-art grilling equipment, Adrian expertly slow-cooked tender and juicy chicken and beef, infusing them with irresistible flavours. Meanwhile, he prepared the BBQ-pulled jackfruit rolls, a delectable meat-free alternative that promised to satisfy the palates of the veggie and vegan attendees.
Accompanying the main dishes were a selection of garden-fresh salads, coleslaw, and buttered new potatoes, which perfectly complemented the hearty meats and flavoursome jackfruit buns. As the aroma of the freshly prepared spread filled the air, anticipation mounted among the arriving guests.
