Ella is the youngest of five siblings, so she has been planning her 18th birthday for as long as she can remember. Her birthday is finally approaching this October and she is currently finalising the details for the event. The party is going to be ‘Barbie’ themed, with a pink dress code, décor, and Barbie-themed entertainment. Hog Roast Dunstable has been hired to cater for the occasion with our classic hog roast menu, which is sure to go down a treat with the 120 guests. The menu has plenty of dishes to choose from and there will be more than enough to go around.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Dunstable team will arrive at the venue in the afternoon and begin to prepare the dishes for the 8:00pm mealtime. We will start our prep by slow-roasting the hog and ensuring that it is cooked to perfection before it is expertly carved by our chef. Once it is time to serve the menu, the sliced pork will be served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. For any meat-free guests, we will also be serving veggie sausages to ensure that everyone can enjoy our catering. Additionally, we will be serving homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, and a selection of seasonal salad dishes to create a varied and nutritious evening buffet.
